Gnapika Enterprises is an authorised aggregator working under the RUCO (Repurpose Used Cooking Oil) initiative. The website describes organised UCO collection from food businesses and institutions, RUCO awareness and collection support, and Food Safety / FSSAI consultancy.

The website also explains how collected UCO can be channelled towards biodiesel production and other responsible non-food uses. Service descriptions explain our activities; they do not constitute a guarantee of a particular outcome for every enquiry.

3. Enquiries and Collection Arrangements

Collection availability, timing, location access, quantities, documentation and any commercial arrangements must be confirmed directly with us. No fixed purchase rate, payment entitlement, free collection promise or cancellation charge is established by this website. If separate written service terms are agreed, those terms govern the relevant engagement.

4. Responsibilities of Food Business Operators

Food Business Operators remain responsible for the safe handling of cooking oil and compliance with the food safety and waste-handling requirements applicable to their establishment. UCO intended for collection should be stored separately in suitable containers and identified accurately.

Do not mix used cooking oil with water, chemicals or unrelated waste. Tell our team about contamination or handling concerns before collection, and coordinate safe access to the collection location. Degraded oil must not be represented as fresh edible oil or returned to the food chain.

5. Food Safety Information and Consultancy

RUCO, Total Polar Compounds (TPC) and food safety information on this website is provided for general awareness. It is not a substitute for current official requirements, an inspection by a competent authority or advice specific to your establishment.

Food Safety / FSSAI consultancy is guidance and support, not the exercise of regulatory authority. Gnapika Enterprises does not issue government approvals or guarantee registration, licensing, inspection results or regulatory compliance. Food businesses remain responsible for their operations and submissions; decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

6. Permitted Website Use

Use this website only for lawful enquiries and access to its information. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or use the contact details for fraudulent or abusive communications.
